Admission process

Woxsen University offers admission to B.Sc (Hons), BA (Hons), BBA (Hons), B.Des (Hons), B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BA/BBA LLB (Hons), B.Arch, MBA, and PhD courses. Admission is based on the university’s entrance exam, such as W-JEET, WAT, WDT, WLAT, and WRET. Additionally, the university also accepts scores of entrance exams such as JEE Main, GATE, MHT-CET, SAT, UCEED, NATA, CLAT, LSAT, CAT, XAT, NMAT, CSIR, and UGC-NET. Woxsen University Admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Selection of the candidates is based on a Personal Interview conducted after the entrance exams.

Admission to all academic programs at Woxsen University can be obtained in five simple steps.

1. Submit Your Application Online

To begin your online application for your chosen program, click here and register with an active email address. All relevant information will be sent to the applicant's registered email address. To aid in evaluation, the applicant should provide all of the information requested in the application, both in the mandatory and non-mandatory sections.

2. Appear for Online Entrance Exam

Check the eligibility page to see which entrance exams are accepted for the program of interest. Candidates must pass the entrance exam to be admitted to the program of their choice. If you have not yet taken any qualifying examinations or are awaiting the results of any examinations, check the 'Awaited' box in the relevant column of the online application form.

3. Appear for Personal Interview

Following the, candidates must attend a personal interview. The emphasis is on oral communication skills, conduct, confidence, and clarity of expression.

4. Acceptance of Offer Letter

Candidates who meet the Composite Score requirements based on the three steps outlined above will be notified and will receive a Provisional Offer Letter. Candidates will be given seven days to accept or decline the offer. If a candidate declines the offer or fails to respond by the deadline, their application will be marked inactive. To secure their seat in the program of their choice, candidates must pay their commitment fee mentioned in the offer letter. Candidates will be given their final admission offer once the Class 12 Board/ UG results are confirmed.
